Our association is led by Yuliia Popovych, who bring over 20 years of distinguished experience at the intersection of law, business and public administration. 
A licensed attorney since 2006, gained extensive experience in private legal practice, handling diverse cases and developing a client-focused approach that emphasizes empathy and strategic thinking.
Yuliia previously served as the Head of the Territorial Department of the State Judicial Administration in Lviv Region, where she spearheaded vital digitization, and court modernization reforms and Head of the Main Territorial Department of Justice in the City of Kyiv.
With an Key Executive MBA from UCU Business School (2020), she blends legal defense with sharp strategic business insights.
